Rashel Agrotech Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Rashel Agrotech Limited was incorporated on 05.04.95 as a
private limited company and was subsequently converted into
a public limited by passing a resolution in Extra Ordinary
General Meeting held on 05.05.95 and certificate of
conversion obtained from ROC Madhya Pradesh at Gwalior on
05.06.95.

The company proposes to cultivate and process canned White
Button Mushroom with an installed capacity of 1560 MT/annum
at Village Borekhedi, Tehail Mhow, Indore (M.P).

White button Mushrooms which has huge export potential &
used as eatable. Mushrooms are fungus fruit bodies. The
White Button Mushroom technically known as Agaricus
Bisporus, have the largest share of the total world
mushroom production. They possess great taste, flavour and
are highly nutritional.

The major importer countries of mushrooms are Germany
followed by USA, France, Belgium, Sweden, Norway and
UK-Germany and USA account for almost 60% of the total
imports. USA, China and the France are the major producers
of White Button mushrooms together account for more than
47% of the total world production.

The Company has entered into Buy Back agreement with M/s.
Macon Agri. Northern Ireland that they will be buying back
100% production of the Company for the 7 years.

- Rashel Agrotech Ltd has approved the appointment of Mr. Pradeep Mardhekar as additional Director of the Company.
