Rajkot Investment Trust Limited was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, on June 29, 1982 with an authorized capital of Rs 50,00,000/- and a paid up capital of Rs. 3,500/-. Company is also categorized as Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)-Loan Company and was registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on 05/08/1999 with certificate Registration 01.00308. Company had come with IPO of 1,20,000 Equity Shares  in the year of 1983 and at present 10,00,000 Equity Shares are listed inAhmedabad Stock Exchange Limited (ASE). The Company is a Registered as Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) with Reserve Bank of India and presently carrying out the business activities relating to investment and loan Company under the prescribed guidelines of RBI.
