The Company was originally incorporated in the name and style as Satya Financing Services Pvt Ltd. under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. as a private limited company with Registration No.55-33799 dated 4th November, 1988, issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.

The Company was convened into public limited company and name has been changed to Satya Financing Services Ltd. vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 24th November, 1994 issued by the aforesaid ROC.

The Company thereafter changed its name to D.B. Merchant Banking Services Limited vide fresh Certificate of datedÂ

7th December, 1994 issued by the aforesaid ROC.

The Company again changed its name to its Present name - Purshottam Invesrofin Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation No. (CIN) L659l0DLl988PLCO33799 dated 27th November, 2002 issued by the aforesaid ROC.
