YEAR EVENTS
1992 - Pretto Leather Industries Ltd. (PLIL) is a new company
incorporated on 30th June, with the Registrar Of Companies,
Delhi & Haryana, Delhi. It obtained a certificate of
commencement of business of 6th August.

- The Company has been promoted by Shri P. K. Saxena and his
associates proposes to set up a modern leather shoe and garment
factory at Bareilly.

1994 - The Company then entered into a Lease Agreement for 9020 sqmt of
land with UPSIDC on 1st February.

- The Company is setting up an export oriented unit for manufacture
of leather shoes, leather garments and asscessories in
Parsakhera, Dist. Bareilly Uttar Pradesh with an installed
capacity of 6 lakh pieces of leather shoes and one lakh pieces of
leather garments and accessories.

- The Company has entered into a MOU with M/s Dei-Dogi for export
of 75% of the production of shoes and 100% of the production of
garments for a period of 5 years.

1995 - During the year the company came outwith a Public Issue which was
oversubscribed about 5 times. The company has made allotment of
shares in consultation with Delhi Stock Association Limited.

1996-2003 - No News

2011
-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To 149, Civil Lines, Opp. ADM Compound, Bareilly (U.P) - 243001.

2012
-The Registrar of the Company has changed from Abhipra Capital Limited A - 387, Dilkhush Industrial Area, G. T. Karnal Road,Azadpur, Delhi - 110053 To Alankit Assignment Limited Alankit House 2E/21, Jhandewalan Extension New Delhi - 110055.
