POCL Enterprises Limited was originally incorporated as Private Limited Company in the name of Baschem Pharma Private Limited on May 20, 1988 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently the Company became deemed public company under Section 43A of Companies Act,1956 and consequently the name of the Company was changed to Baschem Pharma Limited w.e.f November 15, 1996. POCL Enterprises Limited is an ISO 9001:2008 based Company. POEL specializes in manufacturing and trading of various chemicals and their oxides including Metallic Oxides, Zinc Metal and Zinc Oxides, Lead Metal and Alloys and Plastic Additives. POEL caters to market leaders in PVC, rubber and battery industry.

-The Company has been recognised as the Top Exporter for the year 2017-18 in Small Enterprise category and a Silver Trophy has been awarded by the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC).

2022

-Receipt of Export Award & Trophy from EEPC India as the Star Performer in Non-Ferrous Metals for the year 2018-19 in Medium Enterprise category.

2024

-The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 2/-.
