New Bombay Printing & Dying Mills Ltd. was incorporated on 16th of September 1991, as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Maharasthra.he Company was subsequently converted to Public Limited on 27th April 1992. The Company is a greenfield venture of experienced technocrat professionals to set up knitting and processing Unit of Cotton Hosiery Fabrics mainly for export market at MIDC, TTC Industrial Estate, New Bombay., at the total capital outlay of Rs.392.87 lacs. The Company has on its board personalities from U.S.A. and U.K. having wide textile industry and business experience.

-"Silsila Suron Ka" an album produced by Perfect Octave has won the prestigious GIMA Award 2010 for "Best Classical Music Instrumental Album of the year".

-Company informed that "Launching worldÂs first ever Television Channel in the non-bollywood music genres such as Sufi, Ghazals, Fusion music, Ghazals, Indian Classical Music, Western Classical Music, Jazz, different types of dances like Kathak, Bharat Natyam, Tap dancing, Jazz Dancing etc.
