The Company was incorporated on 10th, November, 1986 as a Public Ltd., company and obtained the certificate of Commencement of Business on the same day. It was promoted by the Manufacturers of Doctor Laundry Soap. The unit Manufacturing soap is situated at Agra.

The Main object of the Company is to Manufacuture Laundry Soap, detergents, toilet soap of premium and economy grade cosmetics and perfumeries.

2002-P K Jain appointed as Chairman of Pee Cee Cosma.

2007

- Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd has informed that Shri. Himanshu Jain, S/o Shri. Nemi Chandra Jain, have been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. April 14, 2007.

-The company board has recommended the payment of Dividend @ 25% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.

-The company board has recommended dividend @ 25%.

- Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd has recommended a dividend of 12% on Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each i.e. Re. 1.20 per share
