- Krishna Deep Trade & Investments Ltd has appointed Mr. Rasik Chaturvedi and Mr. Dilip Pimparkar as Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. February 16, 2009.Further, Mr. Rasik Chaturvedi & Mr. Dilip Pimparkar have also been inducted on the Audit Committee of the Company.
