Oswal Overseas Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Oswal Overseas Limited (OOL) was incorporated on the 31st day of May 1984 in the name and style of ANK Impex Private Limited. Subsequently, on the 9th day of October 1984, it changes its name from ANK Impex Private Limited to ANK Impex Limited.

On the 6th day of May 1992 under the fresh Certificate of Incorporation, it changes its name to its current name Oswal Overseas Ltd.


2012
