The Company was incorporated on 10th July, 1995 as a Public Limited Company under the name and style of M/s. Mohindra Paper Limited with an object to carry on the business of manufacturers and dealers of all kind and classes of paper, duplex board, pulp and allied products etc. The Company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 11th
July, 1995. After incorporation of the Company, the promoters analysed various alternatives of putting up the project in trading of all type of papers, Duplex Board, Craft papers, Tissue papers, Mill Board, Wall papers, Corrugated Board, Grey Board, 3-Colour Board, Railway ticket Board etc. in the local and International market.

The Company has finalised the land at village Gaunspur near Humbran, Distt. Ludhiana (Punjab) and a part of conveyance deed has been dully executed and registered in favour of the Company for the construction of godown out of Octroi limits of Ludhiana. The estimates of all the fixed capital expenditures has been obtained. The company has also taken on its board Mr. P.D. Keshri, who is having 30 years rich experience in paper industry. The Company has obtained estimates for construction of godown and office Block from Mr. Radhe Shyam Sharma architect. Mainly The company is planning to import waste papers which is used by paper
industries as a basic raw material. Waste paper is available in Foreign market in abundance as the paper industry being highly polluting industry and most of the paper unit in Foreign Countries are being forced to shut down because of the stringent pollution control regulations. Because of these reasons the waste paper is not consumed by the local industry (in Foreign Market) and is lying in abundance and available at highly competitive prices for the above purpose. One of the NRI director Mr. Ravinder Paul Mohindra who has settled in U.K. will look after the procurement and shipment of the waste paper. Mr. Rajinder Paul Mohindra Director of the Company has also visited U.K for preliminary discussions with the Foreign Suppliers.

The company is also planning to export paper to under developed countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maurtious, Iran etc.. The company has already made connections in Bangladesh regarding Export of paper and Duplex board.
