The company was incorporated on the 8th June: 1984 as a Private Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur, under the name and style of 'NUTECH SPINNING PVT. LTD. The company was converted into Public Limited Company on 15th December 1994 and the name of the
company was changed to NUTECH SPINNING LlMITED. The company has been engaged in the manufacturing of synthetic suitings & shirtings at E-149, RIICO lndustrial Area, Udaipur Road, Bhilwara (Raj.) with an installed capacity of 11.51 lacs meters per annum on (its existing 40 looms.

The Company is going to expand it's capacity by installing 16 Nos. Laxmi Ruti high speed looms at its existing site which will enhance the installed capacity by 6.44 lac meters per annum. The total installed capacity will be 17.95 lac meters per annum. The company is marketing it's products under trade name 'PRIDE'. The Company has a very
good network of 200 Agents dealers and 8000 retail outlets throughout the country. The company is marketing more than it's existing production capacity by getting additional production on job basis from local market.
