Our Company was incorporated as NSB BPO Solutions Private Limited on April 25, 2005 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh bearing Registration number 017539. The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to NSB BPO Solutions Limited vide Special Resolution dated January 02, 2024 pursuant to conversion of the Company into public limited Company. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion wasissued on January 10, 2024by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior. Our corporate identification number is U74140MP2005PLC017539.
