Nila Infrastructures Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated on 26th February, 1990 under the Companies Act, 1956 as a "Nila Builders Pvt Ltd" with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad and converted into Public Limited Company on 16th December, 1994 and change of name certificate obtained on 20th December, 1994. The main aim of the company is promoting affordable ownership housing by providing substantial finance for housing as per the lending norms of National Housing Bank with regard to "pricing of credit, volume of credit and area of Dwelling unit".

PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANY

The company is engaged in construction activity and has developed apprx. 227000 sq.ft. area of commercial/residential schemes in and around the most developed areas of Ahmedabad City i.e. Navrangpura, Satellite, worth Rs. 743.75 lacs.

2016

-Nila Infrastructures has entered into joint venture with M/s. Progetto Consultants India Pvt. Ltd., incorporated a subsidiary Company namely Progetto Soluzioni Pvt. Ltd.

-Board of Directors of the Company has recommended final dividend of Re. 0.10 per share.

2014
-The Board of Directors of the Company has Approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok R. Bhandari as an Additional Director.
