YEAR EVENTS
1981 - The Company was Incorporated on 21st November, in the name of
Hyperion Trading and Agencies Ltd. for the purpose of carrying
out business in trading and agencies activities. Its main
activity is export and mining. The Company's object is to
manufacture granite slabs and tiles.

- The Company is in the business of merchant export and was awarded
Certificate of Merit by CAPEXIL Promotion Council for significant
contribution to exports.

- The Company acquired 6 granite quarries in Rajasthan and
undertook to acquire modern machines for quarrying granite blocks
for exports. The Company raised an amount of Rs.1 crore through
a Rights issue to start the quarrying at Rajasthan.

1995 - 75,000 No. of Equity shares issued, subscribed and paid-up.
2,25,000 No. of equity shares were then issued at par on 21st
November, 1981 through a prospectus to the public. The Company
issued 4,50,000 Rights shares (prop. 2:3).

1996 - A High Court order was issued to the mining department, Rajasthan
Claiming that forest area should not be used for mining work, the
mining department was instructed to shut down the mining work.
However, the mining work of the Company at Warangal in A.P. was
reported to be in full swing.

2016-Registered Office of the Company changed from 505, Sharda Chambers, 15, Marine Lines, Mumbai 400020 to 9, Popat Bapa Shopping Centre, 2nd floor, Station Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai - 400054.

2024
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1.
