Natco Economicals Limited was incorporated as a private limited company on 10th June,1994.The Company was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed on 23-1-95 and fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 17th June,1995 and necessary formalities for the same have been complied with. The authorized share capital of company has been raised to Rs.320 lacs. The company's registered office is situated at Ahmedabad and Corporate office is at Vadodara in the State of Gujarat.

The company is presently engaged in the business of investment and finance related services and proposes to expand its sphere of activities into fund based and non-fund based activities like Investment in primary and secondary markets, Wealth Management, Loan Syndication and Market Research.
