The Company was incorporated on 17th November, 1994 as a Public Limited Company in the State of West Bengal under the Companies Act, 1956 with the main object of rendering Diagnostic Services. The Company obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 19th December, 1994.

The company has set up a project for Multi-speciality Diagnostic Clinic and Day Care Centre along with an Infertility Clinic at Rashbehari Avenue, Calcutta.
