The company was incorporated under the companies act 1956 on 2nd December 1991 as a private ltd. company under the name of M/s Murli agro products private ltd. The company was converted into public limited company on 5th January 1993. The company has set up a solvent extraction of oil from soyabean, rice bran and groundnut oil cakes at Nagpur. The company has been promoted by the Maloo group from Nagpur represented by Mr. Satyanarayan B Maloo, Mr. Lalchand B Maloo & Mr. Sunil Kumar Maloo.
