YEAR EVENTS
1990 - The Company was incorporated on 1st November under the Companies Act
1956 as Private Limited Company and subsequently converted as Public Limited
Company by passing a Special Resolution on 16.08.95 U/s 44 of the Companies
Act and obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 17th November 1995.

1996 - The company in the month of April, made a maiden public issue of 27,35,700 No. of
Equity shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at par including reservation for NRIs to
part finance its cost of projects.

1997 - The company has become the FIRST DEPOSITORY PARTICIPANT in Chennai, by
entering into an agreement with NSDL to facilitate investors to hold the securities in the
electronic form.

1998 - The Board Directors have appointed Mr. Jaswant Munoth as Managing Director for a
period of five years with effect from 25th July.

2000 - Chennai-based Munoth Financial Services has tied up with US-based global merchant
baker, Interlink for mutually working together in the capital market and helping the Indian
and US companies in raising funds and clinching mergers and acquisitions.

- The Company has entered into a Memorandum of understanding with US-based Interlink
Company, to collaborate in areas of initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions
of Indian firms by US Companies and vice versa.

- The company proposes to launch Portfolio Management Services to high networth
clients - domestic and overseas.

2008

-Company has created email Id for grievance redressal division / compliance officer mfsl_ig@rediffmail.com
