The company was incorporated as a Private Limited company on August 29, 1981 & was converted into Public Limited company on 9.10.1987 in terms of Special Resolution passed on September 25, 1987.

The present activities are inter alia the manufacture of Mild Steel & Carbon Steel Rounds, Ingots, Billets, Special Alloy Castings.

The company is managed by the Board of directors, headed by Mr. K.C. Gupta as the Chairman Mr.Gupta is a graduate & a Ludhiana based Industrialist, owning a rolling & forging mills, with experience in the manufacturing & trading of iron & steel. He is also the President of Ludhiana Iron Merchant Association & Vice President of Ludhiana Re-Rollers Association. The day to day affairs of the company are looked after by the Whole time Directors namely, Mr.Rajeev Gupta & Mrs.Rishva Rani, Mr.Rajeev Gupta is a graduate with about four years work experience in the company & Mrs.Rishua Rani, also a graduate, has about twelve year's experience in steel trading business. The directors are assisted by a team of capable & qualified personnel.
