MBFS was originally incorporated under the name and style of M/s. Embee Finance and Consultancy Private Limited on February 27th 1985. The name of the company was changed to Mukesh Babu Financial Services Private Limited with effect from June 18th 1991. Subsequently it was converted to a Public Limited Company by passing a Special Resolution dated 15th October, 1994, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 7th November 1994.
