Moving Media Entertainment Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on May 19, 2022, as a Private Limited Company in the name of “Moving Media Entertainment Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution of the Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 25, 2024, the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Moving Media Entertainment Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on July 24, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Subsequently, the Company acquired the running business on a going concern basis with the assets and liabilities of M/s Moving Media, sole proprietorship concern of the promoter Mr. Kuuldeep Beshawar Nath Bhargava vide Business Transfer Agreement dated August 05, 2024, effective from April 01, 2024.
