YEAR EVENTS
1995 - The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the
State of Gujarat on 28th February. It has received Certificate
of Commencement of Business on 8th March.

- The main object is to manufacture telecom products, like numeric
and alpha numeric pagers cellular phone normal telephone
instrument private paging service equipments and Surface Mounted
Assemblies (SMAs.)

1996 - The Company's Public Issue of 67,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of
Rs. 10/- each for cash at par Aggregating Rs. 675.00 Lacs.

2000 - The Company has venture into the Information Technology Sector.

- The Company is launching some of its products in the US market by mid-September.
2008

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs1/-.

2009

- Mobile Telecommunication Limited (MTL) has entered into an exclusive agreement with Prologix LLC for distribution of Trango Systems USA and Bridgewave communications Products in India.

2010

- "Mobile Tele Communications Ltd announces an agreement with NeoVSP, The leading provider of RVMaS, Remote Video Surveillance as a Service solutions in Israel. To launch the Video Surveillance Service in India".

- "Mobile Telecommunications Ltd signs a strategic agreement for Indian Territory with Shenzhen CJC Industry Co. Ltd for exclusive distribution Hyundai Brand Speakers and home theaters".

2011

- Mobile Tele Communications Ltd signs a strategic agreement for Indian Territory with Legenda Communications System Co. Ltd for exclusive distribution Tonino Lamborghini and Legenda Brand Mobile Phones and other products in India".

2012
-The company recommended 6% dividend i.e. Rs. 0.06 per share of Re. 1/- each.

2013
-The company recommended a final dividend @5% on equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 (A dividend of Re. 0.05 per share).
-Mr. Sumit Nath and Mr. Mukund Pinplikar has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company.
