Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

YEAR EVENTS
1980 - The company was incorporated on 29th January, at Bharuch. The
Company Manufacture rolled rings for bearing races.

1981 - 10,00,000 shares allotted to promoters, etc. and associate
companies. 15,00,000 No. of equity shares offered at par to the
public in May.

1983 - Forfeiture on 2,475 No. of equity shares annulled.

1985 - In March 1986, 5,00,000 right equity shares issued at par to the
equity shareholders in prop. 1:5.

1987 - In order to widen the range of rings manufactured in the plant,
the Company undertook to establish facilities for the
manufacture of forged combination rings. This new forging line
was installed in May.

1988 - The registration certificate was received from Government for the
enhanced capacity of rolled rings machined/unmachined for bearing
races upto 10 million numbers.

1990 - Plant was shut down for maintenance, frequent unrest due to
curfew, power shortage, etc.

1991 - The Company added certain additional balancing equipments to ease
the production bottle-necks.

1993 - The company installed wind turbines to meet the growing demand
for power. The Company proposed to install certain additional
equipments to add to its range of products smaller size rings.

1995 - MIPCO Seiko Bearings Ltd. amalgamated with the Company with
effect from 1st April. 5,85,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10
each were allotted in the ratio of 9 No. of equity shares for
every 10 equity shares held by the shareholders in the transferor
company on amalgamation.

2011

-The Company have approved the Scheme of Arrangement involving reduction of capital and merger of Corpus Software Private Limited with the Company.

2012

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to B No. 100, Nilkanthnagar, Gujarat Housing Board, Bharuch - 392001.

2015

- The Company have considered and approved the alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company relating to change of place of registered office of the Company from the State of Gujarat to the State of Karnataka.
- The company has approved new Registered Office address at Bangalore as under #34, Corpus Techno Park, AVS Compound, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560 034.
