The company was incorporated as Minal Electra Tools Pvt. Ltd. on January 11, 1988 vide incoirporation certificate no.04-10259, under the companies act, 1956. Subsequently it was converted into public limited company on 30th September 1993, under the name of Minal Electra Tools Limited. The name of the company was changed to Minal Engineering Limited on 29h October 1993.

The company is an existing profit making and dividend paying company engaged in the manufacture of high precision dies, moulds, tools and engineering components, on job work basis and wth own material. The company commenced commercial production in the year 1989. The company has no subsidiary.

The company has been promoited by Jesingbhai Parikh, Shrikant Parikh, Narayan Parikh and Mahendra Shah.

-The Board recommended to pay final dividend to the members of the Company @ 10% on the paid up equity share capital.

2010
-Company has changed its name from Minal Engineering Ltd. to Minal Industries Ltd.
-The Company has declared 10% dividend on Equity shares.

-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 2
-Minal Industries has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 2:3.
