Associated Finlease Limited (AFL) was incorporated on 26th
October 1994 as a Limited Company under the name and style
of Associated Finlease Limited and obtained the Certificate
of Commencement of Business (Company no. 55-62379) dated
November 8, 1994. AFL has been primarily engaged in the
business of financing new consumer durables mainly white
goods on hire purchase basis. It has an active Research
Cell also for primary and secondary market investments.

The company has applied to RBI for registration as a Non
Banking Finance Company vide its application letter dated
14-6-95.

2013

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from D-157, Block D, Preet Vihar Delhi-110092 to House No-439, Jagriti Enclave, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092.

-The company has been changed from "Associated Finlease Ltd" to "Midas Infra Trade Ltd".

2014

-Mr. Nimish Agarwal has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
-Midas Infra Trade has splits its face value from Rs 10/- to 1/-
