Metalman Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated as a private limited company on 12th May, 1971 and was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution on 26th May, 1986. The certificate of incorporation was amended accordingly by the Registrar of Companies on 25th June, 1986. The manufacturing activities of the company commenced in 1972 with the setting up of a Steel Tube Mill at Indore, M.P. to manufacture high frequency induction welded tubes.

The Company's works are established at Suklia Industrial Area, Indore for the manufacture of galvanized tubes. The company's product range consists of Black & Galvanized Steel Pipes, used in irrigation, tube wells, water conveyance, structurals, etc. conforming to Indian Standard Institution Specifications.

The Company has been mainly promoted by Shri Janak Raj Soni alongwith his family. The main Promoter Shri Janak Raj Soni, B.A., is the Chairman and Managing Director of the company having more than 33 years of experience in steel tubes industry.

2001 - The Company has signed an agreement with CDSL, NSDL, and Ankit Consultancy
for dematerialisation.
