The Company was incorporated on 12.02.1982, under the name and style of Mercury Laboratories Pvt. Limited. The promoters of the Company were MR. Kantilal Bapulal Shah & Mr. Ramanlal Bapulal Shah. The objective of the company is to manufacture all types of pharmaceutical formulations in the form of tablets, capsules, liquid orals, Injectables and Ointments. The Company became a Public Ltd. company on 15th May 1992 and its name was then changed to Mercury Laboratories Limited.
