Mega Nirman& Industries Limited (‘the Company’) was originally incorporated on the 23rd day of March, 1983 with the name “DAPHENE INVESTMENT AND PROPERTIES LIMITED”, as a Public Limited Company by Shares within the meaning of Section 3 (1) (iv) of the Companies Act, 1956 (hereinafter called “the Act”). The Company changed its name by passing a special resolution by the members of the Company from “DAPHENE INVESTMENT AND PROPERTIES LIMITED” to “MEGA NIRMAN & INDUSTRIES LIMITED” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies.

The Company is involved in investment in, and to do the business of sale and purchase of land and buildings, farms and out houses, other real estates, and to act as Real Estate Agents, Landlords, and Contractors and to buy, sell, mortgage, grant license, let easement of any properties of the Company.

It has successfully completed 20 years in real estate business and today it has revolutionized the real estate arena. Under the dynamic and pragmatic leadership of Mr. NiranjanPoddar and experienced Board Members, Mega Nirman& Industries Limited Group is scaling new heights and touched the horizon of excellence. Their vision and entrepreneurial acumen and have taken the group to the greater heights.
