The Company was originally incorporated as ÂInfinitum Technologies Private LimitedÂ at New Delhi, India as a

private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 18,

2001, issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana. Pursuant to a fresh certificate of

incorporation dated June 28, 2002, issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana, the name of

ÂInfinitum Technologies Private LimitedÂ was changed to ÂMax Healthcare Institute Private LimitedÂ. Thereafter,

pursuant to a special resolution dated May 16, 2002 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 18, 2002,

issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana, our Company was converted to a public

company, and its name was changed to ÂMax Healthcare Institute LimitedÂ.Â

2018

-KKR-backed hospital management firm Radiant Life Care said Monday it will acquire a majority stake in Max Healthcare through a merger to create a combined entity valued at Rs 7,242 crore.

-South African private hospital group Life Healthcare said on Wednesday it will sell its entire 49.7 percent stake in Indiaâs Max Healthcare to a global investment firm for 4.3 billion rand ($293 million), in order to focus on its operations elsewhere.
