Marvel Capital & Finance (India) Limited was incorporated on 6th June, 1994 as a Public Limited Company under the Company Act 1956, with its Registered Office at Bombay and the Certificate for Commencement of Business was obtained on 19th August, 1994. The Company was promoted with the main object of carrying on/acting in the capacity of Merchant Bankers, Managers, Co-Managers, Underwriters, Brokers, Sub-brokers, Portfolio Managers, Custodians, Transfer Agents, business of acquiring and dealing in shares and to carry business of leasing, hire purchase and corporate finance activities. The Company has been promoted by Mr. Vikram Saboo & his family.

At present the company has just started its operations on a small scale and wishes to expand its activities to cover all spectrum of activities and to serve the clients with speed, accuracy and efficiency.

The Company is engaged in investment in Shares and to provide various type of financial services such as syndication of leasing, hire purchase, intercorporate deposits, bill discounting and short term deposits and consultancy services in the various fields including administration, commercial, secretarial, accounting, taxation, investment, employment, computer, formation of companies, preparation of project feasibility reports etc.
