The Company was incorporated as a public limited company with the Registrar of Companies (Gujarat) Ahmedabad on 1/11/91. The Company obtained certificate for commencement of business from the Registrar of Companies (Gujarat), Ahmedabad on 11/11/91. After receiving the certificate of commencement of business the promoters set the process of registering as Category I Merchant Banker unit with Securities and Exchange Board of India. This was received on 16/9/1993. The company during the intervening period engaged into Financial and Project Consultancy business. Since 16/9/1993 the Company engaged itself in to full range of Financial Activities both fund and Non-fund based. It took up leasing as part of its activities. However as part of the
strategic move by the Company to enroll itself as a member of NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA the entire fund based activities such as Investment, Inter Corporate Deposits, Leasing business was transferred to the subsidiary of the Company w.e.f 30/4/94. The Company has now entered into Joint venture with Mani Market Creators Limited where by though both Companies would be engaged in its own independent names their respective fund based and non fund based businesses, the activities being mutually supportive would be part of a join venture. The Company is presently engaged in NON FUND BASED activities such as
Merchant Banking Operations, Project Finance, Management Consultancy etc., and MANI MARKET CREATORS LIMITED shall be engaged in Fund Based Business, Investment in Secondary Market Operations, Bought Out Deals, Lease Financing, Hire Purchase Financing, Bill Discounting, Foreign Exchange Conversion Operations etc. Promoters of the company have been associated with about TWENTY FIVE Public Issues in various capacities as
Management Consultants, Co-Managers etc. and Since 1986, they have
mobilsed a capital outlay of Rs.228.05 Crores. In the year 93-94 (16/9/93 to 31/3/94) the Company has managed Six Issues mobilsing a Capital of Rs.69.16 Crores and upto 31/8/94 has managed Nine issues mobilising capital of Rs.91.67 Crores and as on 31/12/94 the figure stands at Thirteen issues with mobilisation of capital of Rs.133.49 crores. Joint Venture have already deployed Rs.545 Lacs in the fund based business. Company has assignment including project costing of Rs.113.34 crores for which it has already approached SEBI and has mandate for Rs.597.00 crores.

The Company is also admitted as a Member of NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA LIMITED in CAPITAL MARKET SEGMENT, and has applied to be a SPONSORER member of OVER THE COUNTER EXCHANGE OF INDIA.
