YEAR EVENTS
1992 - The Company was incorporated in the state of Tamil Nadu on 29th
April, and subsequently obtained the certificate of commencement
of business on 30th June. The promoters of the Company are Shri
V. Koteswara Rao, Shri B. V. S. Koteswara Rao and Shri T.
Ramakrishna.

- The Company had commenced developing its infrastructure such as
its dealership network and started the preliminary work towards
an appropriate product mix, selection of suitable land for the
factory site and other related matters.

- The Company is now setting up a project for manufacturing variety
of formulations, viz., Tablets, Capsules, Liquids and Ointments
in Allopathic and Ayurvedic/Siddha Divisions in the field of
antibiotics, antibacterials, analgesics, anti-pyretics,
anti-inflammatory, etc., both as branded and generic products.

1993 - The Company started its agency activities and achieved gross
receipts of Rs.1.08 Lac.

1994 - The Company identified the location of the project and decided
various other infrastructural facilities and continued its
trading activities.

1996 - The company of Public Issue of 27,50,000 No. of Equity Shares of
Rs. 10/- each for cash at par aggregating Rs. 275.00 Lacs.

1998 - The company re-established trading activity in the market,
previously suspended due to public issue and construction of
its own Factory Building.
2013
-The Company has changed its name from Indo American Advanced Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
to Mahavir Advanced Remedies Ltd.

2014

-The Registered office of the company has been shifted to Office No. 67/2, III Street, Second Floor, N. M. Road, Chennai - 600 029, Tel : +91 44-4255 5526/ 5529,
