M P Agro Industries Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

M P Agro Morarji Fertilizers Limited, was incorpated on 4th December 1975 & received certificate of Commencement of business on 14/07/1976. The Company started its commercial production of NPK mixtures in the year 1978. The Company was jointly promoted by M P State Agro Industries Development corporation Limited, Bombay & The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited, Bombay the Company was taken over by Liberty Fertilizers Limited with effect from 24th October 1991.

The present promoters of the Company are the Dhanani Group of Industries Consisting in addition to this Company of the following:

Liberty Fertilizer Limited, Vadodara Sayaji Hotels Ltd., Vadodara.
