M M Rubber Company Ltd., was promoted by Mr. K M Varghese Mappillai and Dr. K O Mannem.
It Produces latex foam rubber products, medical examination gloves and bi-axially oriented polypropylene film. The company is one of the major companies supplying foam for seats of buses, scooters and motorcycles.

-During the year, the Glove Division has been separated from the company & formed into a new company called M M R Gloves Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary with a view to selling the unit.
