The Company was incorporated as a private limited company on 9th May 1989 and was involved in the business of trading of woollen yarn and garments on a small scale. It was converted into public limited company on 1st April 1991. The Company belongs to the well known 'LWS Group" of Ludhiana which consists of M/s. LWS Knitwear Ltd. and a partnership firm namely M/s. LWS Knitwear. Presently the company is mainly engaged in trading activities in hosiery knitwears.
