Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name and style of “Logiciel Solutions Private Limited” bearing Corporate Identification Number U72900PB2011PTC035275 dated July 14, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on December 14, 2024, and Consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Logiciel Solutions Private Limited” to “Logiciel Solutions Limited” vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 31, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh bearing CIN U72900PB2011PLC035275.
