Kuber Udyog Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Kuber Udyog Limited was
incorporated on November 25, 1982 under the Companies Act, 1956 (replaced with
the Companies Act, 2013) in the state of West Bengal, India and obtained the
commencement of business certificate on December 2, 1982. In the month of
February, 1983, Kuber Udyog Limited issued 150,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/-
each at par to the public within the exemption limit of Rs. 5,000,000 under the
Capital Issue (Exemption) Order, 1969. 

Kuber Udyog Limited is a financial institution as defined under Section
45-I(c) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (non-deposit taking, non-banking
finance company) and has obtained a certificate of registration from the Reserve
Bank of India to carry on the business of non-banking financial institution as
required under Section 45-IA of the said Act. However, the Reserve Bank of India
does not accept any responsibility or guarantee about the present position as to
financial soundness of the company or correctness of any of the statements or
representations made or opinions expressed by the company and for repayment of
deposits/ discharge of liabilities by the company. The paid-up equity capital of
Kuber Udyog Limited has been increased to Rs. 34,330,000 in the month of
December, 2014 to meet the minimum Net Owned Fund requirements prescribed by the
Reserve Bank of India in its circular DBNR (PD) CC. No. 002/03.10.001/2014-15
dated November 10, 2014.
