Kohinoor Techno Engineers Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The company was incorporated as a private limited company in the state of Gujarat on 27.11.1991 under the name and style of Radheshyam Agro Cold Storage Private Limited. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 14.12.1993 with change in name to Radheshyam Agro Industries Limited. The company obtained a Certificate for the above conversions on 14th December 1993.

The company has been promoted by Mr. Chandrakant Amritlal Sheth and Mr. Rasiklal N Dalal.

The company has set up a cold storage facility with 5340 tons capacity in which Potatoes, Spices, Jaggery, Seeds, Dry fruits and Milk and Milk products are being stored.

2008

-Asian Independent Network Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2008, inter alia, has appointed Shri. Mohamed Aswad Mohamedamin Pothiawala as an additional Director- Independent Director.

-Company has changed its name from Asian Independent Network Ltd. to Kohinoor Techno Engineers Ltd.
