YEAR EVENTS
1981 - The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 22nd
April 1981 and the same has been converted into a Public Limited
Company on 28th June, 1994. The Company was promoted by Vershi
Savla, Mulji Savla and others. The company is engaged in the
business of mining, processing and marketing of minerals viz.
China Clay; Fire Clay and Silica Sand.

- The Company undertook to modernise its existing set up to expand
its capacity of China Clay to 30,000 (MTPA) and Silica sand to
90,000 (MTPA).

1995 - 36,41,300 Shares issued through prospectus of which 19,81,700
shares were allotted to the promoters, directors, their friends
etc. on firm allotment basis. Balance 16,08,700 shares were
allotted to the public (all were taken up). Another 50,900
additional shares were allotted to retain oversubscription.

2008

1996 - 16,59,600 shares issued to the public (all were taken up).
