The Company was incorporated as K D Trend Wear Private Limited a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated September 20, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to K D Trend Wear Limited  pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 17, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana. Our corporate identification number is U74900DL2007PLC168468.
