The Company was incorporated as “K A Wires Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated 11th August, 2009 bearing Registration No. 137697 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited Company

dated 2nd February, 2015 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal and the name of our Company was changed to “K A Wires Limited”. The Corporate Identification Number (CIN) of our Company is U27201WB2009PLC137697.
