The name of the Company was further changed to 'Florence Alumina Limited' on March 11, 2003 and then again changed to its current name, i.e. 'JK Agri Genetics Limited' on November 19, 2012 and fresh certificates of incorporation consequent to changes of name were issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
