Our company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name ÂItalian Edibles Private LimitedÂ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 16, 2009 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to ÂItalian Edibles LimitedÂ vide special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 06, 2023 and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana dated September 21, 2023. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U15141MP2009PLC022797.
