The company was incorporated as Pvt. Limited Co. on 3.2.93 under the Companies Act, 1956, subsequently converted to Public Limited Co. on 31.12.94 and obtained fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited Company on 07.02.1995. The main business of the company at present is Merchant Banking, Investment-Banking, Corporate Advisory Services, Underwriting. The Company was granted Category III Merchant Banking Registration by SEBI with effect from 1.5.1994.

The company has been underwriting issues of various companies and acted as Consultant/Advisors to a number of Public and Right issues.

Stock Market Operations consists mainly of Secondary Market Operations, buying and selling of shares.
