Innovation Software Exports Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Innovation Software Exports Ltd., was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 2nd November 1992 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 1st January 1993.

The Company is setting up a project in Madras, to design and develop Computer Software for exports. The Company has entered into an agreement with M/s. Innovation India, a proprietorship firm owned by one of the Promoters Mr. L. Pradeep vide agreement dated 01.10.1993 to take over the business carried out by it. M/s. Innovation India has been engaged in Research and Development for the last 4 years has developed 216 fully developed software packages. M/s. Innovation India cease to carry on its commercial activities with effect from 01.04.1993. The Company is expected to commence its commercial operation from 01.04.1994.

Mr. L. Pradeep, B.E., M.Tech, is a technocrat with Management background who has been associated with the Computer hardware and software industry.
