The Company is engaged in the business of leasing, hire purchase financing, loans & advances, investment banking and advisory services.

The Company proposes to expand its range of services to include Issue Management, Money Market Operations, and other Corporate Financial Services. Reserve Bank of India has classified the Company as a 'loan company' in the category of Non banking Finance Company vide its letter ref. DFC No. 6207/22-1-3-6223/94-95 dated 17.06.1995.
