Originally Incorporated on 19th March 1985 as Navyug Commercial Company Limited under The companies Act, 1956; Subsequently renamed as 'Infrrastructures India Limited' with effect from 4th December 1995; the same was further renamed to i-Power Solutions India Limited
with effect from 29 th February, 2000.


2008

- The Company has launched a social networking portal named www.vanavil.com for Tamil's worldwide with lot of entertainment features.

- The Company has entered into agreement with the promoter of M/s. Effulgent Technologies Pvt Ltd, Chennai to purchase the ERP business of that Company. The estimated cost will be Rs 10,00,000/- (Rs Ten Lakhs only).

- The Company took over Vanavil Technology Pvt. Ltd. The Company has acquired full rights of Vanavil Web site on account of this take over.
