Hind Commerce Limited was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the name & style of Hind Commerce Ltd. with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab & Chandigarh vide Certification of Incorporation dated October 9, 1984. Subsequently, the company having by special resolution transfer the registered office from the state of Punjab to the state of Maharashtra confirmed by an order of Company Law Board, new Delhi dated November 10, 1994.

At Present, The company is engaged in domestic as well as international trading of cotton yarn and fabric business since 1995, The Company's head office is situated at tardeo, Mumbai.
