-The founder of the Company is Mr. Jugalkishore Maniyar who is Chemical Engineer from Nagpur.

-The Company had set up the manufacturing unit of zip fasteners in MIDC Hingna, Nagpur. The machinery to manufacture zip fasteners was imported from Taiwan.

-The Plant was set up in a small time & it operated successfully.

-In 1996 the company issued an IPO & got listed on BSE.
