Mardia Tubes Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 5th January, 1983, and is registered with Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Everest, 100, Marine Drive, Bombay - 400 002. It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on 4th May, 1992.

The Company has been promoted by Mr. Surendra Mardia and Mr. Ravindra Mardia, with the main objective of setting up a Copper and alloys tubes manufacturing unit and also other semi finished products of copper and copper alloys.

The company was involved in trading of copper, copper alloy and other non-ferrous metals since 1983. It set up the production facilities and started commercial production in 1987 and there was no delay in commencing the activities.

2004

-The Company recommended a Dividend @ 10%

2006

-The Company recommended final dividend at the rate of 10%, i.e. Rupees 1 per share of Rs 10/- each.
